The Saturday Work-Out is specifically designed as a Meisner actor workout session for the beginner to advanced student, or working actor. Look at it as a Meisner gym. You practice at your current level.


Just as professional athletes (whether rookies or pros), go to training camp each year to prepare for the upcoming season. Every actor should continue to practice and revisit the basic principles of their foundational technique so they will always be fresh and prepared for any audition, role, or performance opportunity.


If you have not trained at the Studio or are not currently a student, you are still invited to join the Saturday Meisner Work-out.


The only prerequisite is that you are currently training or have trained in the Meisner technique.


Saturday's 11:30am to 2pm or longer

Start times may vary slightly each week.
(You are not required to stay for the entire workout.)
